Lead times vary by marking type and quantities. In general:
- Standard items without marking: 3–5 business days
- Embroidery / screen printing: 7–14 business days
- Rush orders: contact us for rush availability

Delivery zones
We deliver anywhere in Québec and Canada. Most of our products are produced locally — reduced lead times, maximum traceability.
Multi-site delivery available for large orders (branches, multi-regional events).
Carriers & tracking
Shipping via Purolator, UPS or FedEx depending on destination. A tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. Local deliveries (Greater Montréal area) may also be made by courier.
Shipping fees
Fees are calculated based on weight, volume and destination. They are included in your quote. For large quantities, the per-unit shipping cost is generally very low.
